An opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable organisation based in central Cambridge. In this role, reporting directly into the Head of IT, you will be responsible for providing varied support to end users within the business. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with two days per week allowed from home.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of working within an IT support environment (ideally 2 years or more) with a focus on Windows 10, O365, AD though some exposure to linux may also be helpful
- Excellent communication skills to raise tickets effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues deskside & remotely
- Some exposure to networking principles, firewalls & Microsoft exchange would be desirable
