Reporting into the Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for providing external support to users within the business. The role is fully remote except for the occasional training day or corporate event so to be successful you will need to be a self-starter & able to hold yourself accountable to deliver on your workload.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of working within an IT Service Desk environment (ideally 2 years or more) in a 2nd line capacity with strong working knowledge of Windows 10, O365, AD etc
- Excellent communication skills to raise tickets effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues remotely
- Some exposure to networking principles, firewalls & Microsoft exchange would be desirable
