Reporting to the IT Director you will be responsible for providing IT support to users on clients sites
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 2 years or more of experience working within an IT Service Desk environment with knowledge of Windows 10, O365 & Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills to raise tickets effectively & support users
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues remotely & on site
- Some exposure to networking principles, firewalls & Microsoft exchange would be desirable
