1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

An opportunity has arisen with a globally known entertainment organisation within central London. In this role, reporting directly into the Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing varied support to end users within the business. This is not an opportunity to be missed!

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience of working within an IT support environment (ideally 2 years or more) with a focus on Windows 10, O365, AD though some exposure to MacOS may also be helpful
• Excellent communication skills to resolve raised tickets effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues deskside & remotely
• Some exposure to networking principles, firewalls & Microsoft exchange would be desirable
